Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account to handle online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience managing seller accounts on major e-commerce marketplaces and driving online business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

Handle daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and returns.

Monitor and improve product visibility, pricing, and sales performance.

Run promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts to boost sales.

Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, packaging, and dispatch.

Analyze sales reports and marketplace insights to improve performance.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand standards.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce accounts (FMCG experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and their seller portals.

Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
