Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented candidate to handle online product sales and marketplace operations (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, or company website).

The candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, pricing, promotion, customer handling, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.

Handle inventory updates, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order processing and issue resolution.

Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and competitor data to improve results.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns efficiently.

Implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3-10 years of experience in online product sales or e-commerce operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and digital marketing basics.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple product lines.

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Additional certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management preferred.

Location - Sector - 80, Noida

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
