Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive (Female preferred)

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online marketplaces, product listings, catalog management, and digital coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, updates, and optimization across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and/or website (Shopify/WooCommerce). Coordinate with the design and content team for product photography, descriptions, and creatives. Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales. Handle daily order processing, returns, and customer inquiries. Analyze product performance and generate sales reports. Assist in running promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data handling Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop (added advantage) Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field 1-3 years of relevant e-commerce or digital operations experience
