Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, website, etc.).
Coordinate product photography, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
Monitor and analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure seamless order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics and fulfillment teams.
Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, returns, and product information.
Work closely with the design and social media teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.
Research competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
Strong understanding of product cataloging, SEO for e-commerce, and basic digital marketing.
Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Interest in art, design, or handcrafted products is a plus.
