We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to manage online sales platforms and ensure smooth operations across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer communication. Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Track and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics. Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities. Resolve order, payment, and return-related issues efficiently. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations, and finance) for smooth workflow. Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
