Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, focusing on product listings, order management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to optimize our online presence and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Management and Listings

Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Write compelling product descriptions and maintain high-quality product images and content to maximize appeal and conversion rates. Monitor and manage product inventory, coordinating with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from receiving to fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff to facilitate seamless and efficient shipping and delivery. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns related to orders, providing excellent customer service.

3. Online Sales and Marketing

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM). Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve product visibility and drive organic traffic. Analyze sales data, monitor website traffic, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Performance Monitoring

Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for platform improvements, new product opportunities, and sales strategies.
