We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to drive our online sales efforts across multiple platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Blink it, Zepto, and others. This person will be responsible for managing the full e-commerce lifecycle -- from product listing and inventory control to advertising, sales analytics, and collaboration with marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Sales & Growth
Drive sales growth across marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
Monitor and analyse marketplace performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, returns, etc.).
Identify opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create, upload, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, specs) across platforms.
Ensure listings are optimized using SEO / marketplace best practices (keywords, bullet points, A+ content).
Regularly audit and update product content to keep it current (pricing, attributes, compliance).
3. Advertising & Promotions
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns (sponsored ads, display, deals, coupons) on marketplace platforms.
Work with budgets, bid strategies, A/B testing, and performance tracking (ACoS, ROAS, etc.).
Coordinate promotional events (festive sales, platform-specific events, flash sales).
4. Inventory & Order Management
Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses.
Forecast demand and coordinate restocking or transfers to avoid stockouts or overstock.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and work with supply chain/logistics teams.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Liaise with the marketing team for campaigns, creatives, content, digital marketing support.
Work with operations, logistics, and supply/ procurement teams to ensure fulfillment.
Coordinate with customer service to resolve marketplace issues (returns, claims, negative feedback).
6. Reporting & Insights
Create regular dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly) on sales, margins, ad performance, returns, inventory.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for improvement.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace selling, or digital operations.
Strong knowledge of major Indian marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
Hands-on experience with advertising tools (Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.
Good understanding of SEO / keyword research and content optimization.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP is a plus.
Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Head of E-commerce / Online Business / Digital Head. May manage junior associates or assistants depending on scale.
