Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to execute effective online merchandising and marketing strategies.
Analyse sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
Monitor performance metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rates, sales) and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
Optimize product listings for SEO and improve discoverability across platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce tools and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
