Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of stock online.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Handle online order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report key metrics.
Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and banner placements.
Ensure content consistency and brand guidelines across all online touchpoints.
Work with third-party vendors and logistics partners as required.
Maintain and update the e-commerce website (if applicable) for accurate product data and user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
Proficiency with e-commerce marketplaces and CMS tools.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices.
Experience in product merchandising and pricing strategy.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
