Job Description

We are seeking a

motivated and versatile E-commerce Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WooCommerce or Shopify development, social media marketing, and back-office operations, contributing to our digital growth and smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities:E-commerce Development (WooCommerce / Shopify):

Manage and customize WooCommerce and Shopify online stores. Add and update products, manage inventory, set up payment and shipping methods. Troubleshoot website issues related to themes, plugins, and integrations. Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and SEO performance.

Social Media Marketing:

Plan and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements. Engage with customers via social media channels.

Back Office Operations:

Manage order processing, invoicing, and data entry. Maintain accurate product and customer records. Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer data. Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

1 - 2 years of experience in WooCommerce or Shopify development. Experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns. Understanding of back-office operations in an e-commerce setting. Basic knowledge of SEO. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
