Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as India Mart, Ali Baba, TradeIndia, or other websites, ensuring smooth functionality and seamless user experience.
Update and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and promotional content to maximize visibility and sales.
Monitor and improve online customer journeys, forward inquiries to the concern person, and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance satisfaction.
Support On/Off Page SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives to increase traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Track, measure, and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and design teams to implement campaigns and strategies aligned with business goals.
Hands on experience on E-commerce websites.
