Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

E-commerce Executive

to manage and grow our presence across all major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital product listings, inventory handling, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and keywords across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and company website. Coordinate product uploads, cataloging, and image uploads in alignment with platform guidelines. Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns on all e-commerce portals. Execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to increase visibility and sales. Monitor sales reports, analyze platform performance, and share insights for improvement. Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with policies of each marketplace. Handle ratings, reviews, and customer feedback professionally. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO/SEM improvement on e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of backend seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytical tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG/Consumer Goods sector will be an advantage.
