Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
Ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.).
Coordinate with the design, marketing, and inventory teams to align on promotions, launches, and campaigns.
Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing strategies.
Execute email marketing campaigns and assist with PPC, affiliate, and social media campaigns.
Track and report KPIs such as sales performance, customer engagement, and return rates.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data privacy standards.
Suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey and increase online conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
