Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms. Brand Name: Edyell
Content Management
: Optimize product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance user engagement and SEO performance.
Inventory Management
: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Marketing Campaigns
: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital advertising strategies, including PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Performance Analysis
: Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales; create reports and suggest actionable insights.
Customer Experience
: Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in e-commerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords) and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
