to support the day-to-day operations of our online business. The role involves managing product catalogs, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring accurate listings, driving online sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience across multiple marketplaces and platforms.
Create, update, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company's own website.
Write and proofread compelling product descriptions, ensuring all information (price, images, specs) is accurate and consistent.
Inventory & Order Management:
Regularly update stock availability across platforms and coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory planning.
Track and process online orders, manage returns, cancellations, and handle customer escalations promptly.
Sales & Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns (festive offers, flash sales, clearance sales).
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align promotional activities with website traffic and conversion goals.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Keep an eye on competitors' listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
Share actionable insights to improve product positioning and pricing strategies.
Content & Visuals Coordination:
Liaise with the design team to ensure high-quality product images and promotional banners.
Suggest and implement improvements to product page layouts for better user engagement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate weekly sales, traffic, and performance reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and return rate, and suggest improvements.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Familiarity with product listing standards, SEO basics, and digital marketing principles.
Good command over Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or any other e-commerce CMS is a plus.
Understanding of marketplace advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads) would be an advantage.
