Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management: Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.

2. Order Management: Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

4. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing and executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve online sales and customer engagement.

6. Content Management: Assist in creating and managing content for e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, and videos.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
