About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to support our Amazon marketplace operations for both

GROOMMM

(Auto Care) and

QUICLEAN

(Home Care).
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in e-commerce management, D2C operations, and online FMCG retail.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings & Listings Optimization:

Create & update product listings on Amazon (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, images etc.) Ensure correct category, sizing, pricing, and keywords.

Inventory & Order Coordination:

Coordinate inventory updates with warehouse team. Monitor order flow, returns, replacements, and account health.

Catalog & Content Management:

Manage variations, catalog issues and listing errors. Work with design/content team for A+ content and promotional creatives.

Marketplace Operations:

Raise and follow up on support tickets with Amazon Seller Support when needed. Help manage compliance requirements (barcodes, brand registry, packaging info etc.)

Reporting & Analytics:

Track daily sales, pricing, reviews, returns and competitor movement. Prepare basic Excel/Sheets reports.

Desired Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Commerce/Marketing preferred but not necessary). Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good written English for Amazon listing & communication. Interest in e-commerce, FMCG, Amazon marketplace or D2C brands. No prior experience required -- training will be provided.

Added Advantage (not mandatory):

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Experience in online retail, internships, or marketplace tools.
