Job Description

Job Summary



We are seeking a

proactive, experienced, and results-driven E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

to manage and grow online sales of our

almirahs and electronics products (such as PoE devices and air purifiers)

across multiple ecommerce channels including

Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms

. The person will be responsible for

setting up seller accounts, creating and optimizing product listings, managing operations, and driving sales performance

across all marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Marketplace Account Setup & Onboarding



Create and register seller accounts on platforms such as

Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and others

. Complete all required documentation like

KYC, GST, bank details, and compliance forms

. Set up brand/storefront pages and enable necessary

payment and logistics settings

.
2.

Product Listing & Catalog Management



Upload and maintain product listings for almirahs, PoE equipment, air purifiers,and other catalog items. Optimize

titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, categories, and product attributes

for better search visibility and sales. ecomgrowsupport.in Upload product images, specifications, and other necessary visuals.

Inventory & Order Management



Monitor inventory levels across all platforms and coordinate with warehouses/logistics vendors. Ensure accurate and timely

order processing, dispatch, returns, and refunds

4.

Pricing, Promotions & Sales Strategy



Conduct

competitor analysis

and adjust pricing strategies to be market-competitive. Plan and run promotional campaigns, deals, seasonal offers, and key sale events.
5.

Marketplace Advertising & Optimization



Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including

Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads

, etc. Track performance metrics like

CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and ACoS

and implement improvements.
6.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, traffic, and key marketplace KPIs. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve visibility and profitability.
7.

Customer Service & Compliance



Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews across platforms. Ensure account health, respond to platform alerts, and maintain policy compliance.

Required Skills & Experience



?

Experience managing seller accounts

on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
? Strong knowledge of

product listing, SEO, pricing strategy, and marketplace operations

.
? Experience with

inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing

.
?

Advertising and analytics skills

(e.g., platform ads, performance tracking).
? Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and platform support
