We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to manage our sales and operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub, and must be able to handle product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day operations to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings (content, images, pricing, keywords, A+ content).
Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart including orders, returns, claims, and reports.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic ranking.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and take corrective actions.
Run promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, keyword campaigns).
Track sales reports, competitor analysis, and implement growth strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, logistics, and timely dispatches.
Manage customer queries, ratings, and reviews for better brand reputation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace handling.
Strong knowledge of FBA, Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub tools.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms.
Ability to analyze data, sales reports, and improve ROI on campaigns.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
