Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on e-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions to boost revenue.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective online sales strategies.
Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, and analyze data to optimize listings.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banner ads, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers (Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg etc.).
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce & Quick Commerce sales or online marketplace management.
Proven experience handling Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg or similar platforms.
Good understanding of online sales strategies, promotions, and pricing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in PPC ads, sponsored campaigns, and SEO optimization for product listings.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
