We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-Commerce Executive. The candidate should excel in e-commerce portal management, order processing, documentation, reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders. A basic understanding of business analysis is preferred, though formal BA experience is not mandatory.

Handling Ecommerce portals

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel Analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in sales/purchase order creation Experience in generating daily and weekly MIS reports Reconciliation of MIS reports Process documentation and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and independently Strong organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and prioritize Ownership and accountability of assigned tasks

Responsibilities:

Manage complete sales-to-order cycle Create sales/purchase orders Generate MIS reports (daily/weekly) Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, sales, and other internal/external stakeholders Maintain documentation and accurate records Handle e-commerce portals and related processes Contribute to process improvement through basic business analysis Take ownership of assigned responsibilities Adapt and thrive in a start-up environment
