Ecommerce Executive

Role Objective

The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing all front-end customer interactions across our social media and digital channels. You will act as the primary point of contact for our community, ensuring that every query, comment, and piece of feedback is handled with the warmth, care, and professional tone that Kshetra stands for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Community Management



?

Active Monitoring:

Monitor and manage all interactions on

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

.

?

Engagement:

Respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages (DMs) promptly to maintain a high engagement rate.

?

Query Resolution:

Address product inquiries (e.g., benefits of Kombu Honey, usage of Palm Jaggery) using provided brand guidelines and product sheets.

2. Conversational Commerce



?

WhatsApp Management:

Handle incoming enquiries on the official Kshetra WhatsApp Business account.

?

Lead Conversion:

Guide potential customers through the product catalog and assist them in the ordering process.

?

Feedback Loop:

Collect and document customer feedback and reviews to share with the product and marketing teams.

3. Future Scope (Expanded Communication)



?

Email Support:

Managing the customercare@kshetrafoods.com inbox for order-related queries and formal enquiries.

?

Telephonic Support:

Handling customer service calls to resolve issues and provide product information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

?

Language Proficiency:

English:

Must have excellent written and oral fluency. Ability to draft professional, grammatically correct, and tonally appropriate responses.
?

Hindi:

Strong preference for candidates who can communicate fluently in Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base.

?

Social Media Savvy:

Intimate knowledge of how FB, Insta, LinkedIn, and YouTube comments/messaging systems work.

?

Empathy & Patience:

Ability to handle difficult customers or negative feedback with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.

?

Product Knowledge:

Ability to quickly learn the technical benefits of Kshetra's range (e.g., Cold-pressed oils, Raw honey, Unpolished rice).

Experience

? 3-5 years of experience in Customer Support, Social Media Management, or Ecommerce Operations.

? Experience in the FMCG, Organic Food, or Wellness industry is a significant plus.
