Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing products on e-commerce platforms (product listing, updates, pricing, and stock coordination). Support day-to-day operations for online marketplaces and brand websites. Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing. Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and customer queries. Maintain and update product data, images, and descriptions. Assist in basic reporting related to sales, inventory, and performance. Support promotional activities, offers, and campaign execution. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all online listings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering / Technical background / MBA

(preferred). Freshers are welcome;

6 months to 1 year of experience

in e-commerce or digital operations is an added advantage. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar). Fundamental knowledge of online product listings, pricing, and order flow. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling. Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online sales processes. Familiarity with dashboards, reports, or inventory tracking. Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive mindset.
