The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.), executing promotional campaigns, managing product listings, and analysing performance to optimize sales.

Manage and update product listings on all e-commerce platforms (images, descriptions, prices, inventory).
Monitor and ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
Execute promotional strategies and discount campaigns to increase online sales.
Track and analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital campaigns and SEO strategies.
Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance and KPIs.
Collaborate with external marketplaces and partners to increase product visibility.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in an e-commerce
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
