Marketplace Management & Optimization

Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and other major ecommerce marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion Monitor and maintain inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns- Handle marketplace-specific requirements, compliance, and policy adherence
Performance Analysis & Growth

Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Generate actionable reports on sales performance, conversion rates, traffic trends, and competitive analysis Implement data-driven strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and sales velocity Track and optimize advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored products) across platforms
Operational Excellence

Coordinate with internal teams including inventory, Planning, and customer service to ensure seamless operations Manage product catalog updates, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns Handle marketplace communications, resolve account issues, and maintain healthy seller metrics Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high seller ratings
