Core responsibilities
Manage online sales and platforms: Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website and marketplaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales.
Optimize product listings: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
Analyze performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments: Work closelywith marketing, logistics, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations from order fulfillment to customer service.
