E-commerce Executive Role and responsibility?

1. Product Management

Uploading and updating product listings (descriptions, prices, images).

Ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly product content.

Managing product categories and inventory on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce).

2. Order & Inventory Management

Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Coordinating with warehouse or logistics team for delivery.

Tracking and updating inventory levels.

Managing returns, refunds, and stock reconciliation.

3. Online Store Maintenance

Updating website banners, promotions, and content.

Testing website functionality and resolving technical issues (in coordination with the web team).

Ensuring a smooth and user-friendly customer experience.

4. Digital Marketing Support

Coordinating with marketing teams to run online campaigns.

Executing email marketing campaigns.

Managing social media promotions related to e-commerce.

Running and monitoring paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

5. Customer Service Support

Responding to customer inquiries or complaints related to online orders.

Coordinating with logistics and delivery partners for issue resolution.

Maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt support.

6. Sales Analysis & Reporting

Tracking online sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc.

Creating weekly or monthly performance reports.

Identifying trends, top-selling products, and areas for ?improvement.

7. Marketplace Management (if applicable)

Managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.

Optimizing listings for visibility and conversion.

Handling marketplace-specific promotions, discounts, and policies.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
