An E-Commerce Executive manages a company's online sales presence by creating and executing digital marketing strategies, maintaining product listings, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and analyzing sales performance data. Key responsibilities include driving traffic and conversions through SEO and campaigns, ensuring smooth product management and inventory, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing the online customer experience to boost revenue. Responsibilities E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and pay-per-click (PPC) to drive traffic and sales. SEO & SEM: Optimize product listings and website content for search engines (SEO) and implement pay-per-click (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify trends and areas for improvement. Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and manage order processing. Customer Experience: Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, monitor feedback, and provide timely support. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, logistics, and IT teams to execute campaigns and ensure smooth e-commerce operations. Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. Marketing & SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and technologies. Business Acumen: Familiarity with online marketplaces, payment gateways, and order management systems.
