The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. This role involves handling product listings, coordinating with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, etc.), analyzing sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor product pricing, stock availability, and competitor activity.
Sales & Performance Analysis
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Generate reports on sales, returns, and customer behavior.
Recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Order & Inventory Management
Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure timely order processing.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Handle return requests and ensure smooth resolution of customer complaints.
Marketing & Promotions
Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers on e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team for online ads and product promotions.
Optimize product visibility through SEO, sponsored ads, and keywords.
Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, accounts, logistics) for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations/online marketplace handling.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
