Key Responsibilities Platform Management: Oversee and manage the company's online store and product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive traffic and sales. Sales & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, website traffic, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth. User Experience Optimization: Improve the online shopping experience to increase conversions and customer engagement. Product Strategy: Develop digital merchandise strategies and manage product portfolios, including content updates and new product launches. Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, sales, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless operations. Inventory & Operations: Coordinate with logistics teams for inventory management and ensure smooth overall e-commerce workflow. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications E-Commerce Platforms: Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplace listing tools (Amazon, Flipkart). Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and digital marketing platforms. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies.
