Job Description

1. Product Listing & Onboarding

Write and standardize compelling, accurate product descriptions.

Collect and manage product images, pricing, features, and specifications.

Upload and optimize listings across multiple platforms including:

o Amazon, Walmart, Target, Saywee, DoorDash, Grubhub, Spruna, VEVO, Flaire (upcoming), Shastha Canada, and 5 additional platforms.

Ensure listings are SEO-optimized and adhere to platform-specific guidelines and policies.

2. Order Management

Monitor daily orders across all sales platforms.

Coordinate with fulfillment centers and logistics providers for timely shipping.

Manage delays, cancellations, stockouts, and backorders proactively.

Process returns and cancellations efficiently and track resolution status.

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Address customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints professionally across platforms.

Process refunds and handle return issues promptly.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and platform ratings.

Collaborate with Koushik on:

o Customer relationship strategies

o Escalation protocols

o Communication templates and workflows

4. Platform Expansion & Setup

Lead onboarding and integration of new sales platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.

Ensure compliance with technical and data requirements for each new platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
