Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
o Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Marketplace Management:
o Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
o Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
o Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams as needed.
3. Performance Analysis:
o Monitor sales performance and key metrics, such as conversion rates, sales rankings, and customer reviews.
o Prepare regular sales reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
4. Customer Experience:
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews.
o Resolve any issues related to orders, returns, and product quality promptly and effectively.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads, deals, and discounts to drive traffic and sales.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that align with overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, listing optimization, and online sales strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software, such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other marketplace management tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
