3 - 6 Years in Quick Commerce / E-grocery / FMCG Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in

Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit

. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end quick commerce operations

, including inventory planning, stock availability, and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with

Blinkit,and other aggregator platforms

to maximize product visibility, sales, and customer reach. Oversee

warehouse/store-level operations

including inwarding, dispatch, and returns. Maintain strong relationships with

vendors and suppliers

to ensure continuous stock availability. Analyze

sales trends, demand forecasting, and consumer buying patterns

for effective stock management. Track performance metrics such as

order accuracy, TAT (Turnaround Time), and OTIF (On-Time In-Full)

delivery. Work closely with the

accounts and finance team

for reconciliation of sales and payments from platforms. Implement

process improvements

to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Requirements

Proven experience (3-6 years) with

Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit.)

. Strong knowledge of

inventory & supply chain management

. Hands-on experience with

aggregator dashboards & seller panels

. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

. Proficiency in

Excel, MIS reporting, and basic ERP/Tally

will be an advantage.
