Job Summary

We are looking for an

E-commerce Executive

with

hands-on Shopify experience, email retention marketing knowledge, and strong data skills

to join our team at

Flo Mattress

. This is an on-site, full-time role based in

Sakinaka, Mumbai

.

Location:

Sakinaka, Mumbai (On-site, Mon-Sat)

Experience:

1-3 years (D2C or agency background preferred)

Salary:

?35,000 - ?45,000/month (based on experience)

Start Date:

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and update Flo's

Shopify website

(products, offers, content). Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and navigation for better

UI/UX

. Plan and execute

email/CRM retention campaigns

(welcome flows, abandoned cart, win-backs). Analyze

Shopify & CRM data

to guide decisions and improve conversions. Collaborate with design/dev teams to fix bugs and improve customer experience. Experiment with CRO strategies and share insights to increase repeat purchase rates.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Hands-on Shopify experience

(1-3 years). Experience with

email/CRM retention marketing

(Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.). Strong

data analysis & reporting skills

(Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Excel).

Good to Have

Understanding of

UI/UX principles

for e-commerce. Familiarity with

CRO experiments/A-B testing

. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
