We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our daily operations and ensure every order reaches our customers on time. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our delivery process, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do Daily:
Order Management:
Dispatch daily orders and print courier shipping labels
Track all active orders and ensure timely delivery
Monitor Return to Origin (RTO) orders and coordinate re-delivery
Customer Communication:
Answer customer support calls and queries
Coordinate with customers to resolve delivery issues
Keep customers updated on their order status
Delivery Performance:
Daily check on delivery rates and identify problems
Work to reduce RTO percentage
Coordinate with courier partners to solve delivery delays
Maintain high delivery success rate
General Operations:
Handle order-related issues end-to-end
Update order status in the system
Report daily metrics (orders dispatched, delivered, RTO, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
Comfortable talking to customers on phone
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, order management systems)
Detail-oriented and organized
Problem-solving mindset
Good to Have:
Prior experience in e-commerce operations (but not required)
Familiarity with courier systems (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)
Experience handling customer support
