Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, coordinating with different teams, analyzing sales trends, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Upload and manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc., and/or the company website. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.

Inventory & Order Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/supply chain for replenishments. Process and track orders, returns, and customer queries.

Sales & Performance Analysis

Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. Analyze user behavior and optimize product positioning and pricing.

Campaign Execution

Coordinate and implement promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.

Platform & Vendor Coordination

Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

Customer Experience

Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplace or brand side). Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel. Good communication, coordination, and time management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or marketplace CMS. Knowledge of basic SEO practices. Understanding of payment gateways and logistics integration.
