Job Description
1. Website & Platform Management
Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Ensure accurate product categorization and stock availability online. Monitor website functionality and coordinate with the tech team to fix issues promptly.
2. Order & Inventory Management
Oversee daily online orders -- from placement to fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Track returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
