Job Description

1. Website & Platform Management

Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Ensure accurate product categorization and stock availability online. Monitor website functionality and coordinate with the tech team to fix issues promptly.

2. Order & Inventory Management

Oversee daily online orders -- from placement to fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Track returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.

3. Digital Marketing Support

Work closely with the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions. Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers. Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance. Generate regular sales and performance reports. Identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing online sales.

5. Customer Experience & Support

Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through online platforms. Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
