Job Summary:

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with

Etsy

and in handling end-to-end operations of e-commerce stores. Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on

Etsy

and other e-commerce platforms. Handle daily operations of the online store, including order processing, returns, and customer queries. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, packaging, and timely dispatch. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and platform representatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing an

Etsy store

and other e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listing, and order fulfillment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
