Monitor, pack and dispatch daily orders from various e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into the ERP system.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and dispatch.
Prepare dispatch plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and delivery tracking.
Resolve any issues related to order dispatches, returns, or cancellations.
Perform accurate data entry of order on ERP systems.
Do other entries related to company on ERP systems.
Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and product availability.
Generate reports and analyze data to support inventory management and sales planning.
Payment reconciliation for the payment received from various e-commerce channels.
Create necessary reports for GST filing.
