About the Role - E-Commerce Executive

At Electroglobal Solutions, we are scaling our digital sales channels and strengthening our online product ecosystem. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, optimize product listings, and drive online sales performance across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance product visibility, improve conversions, manage marketplaces, and deliver a seamless online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and the official website. Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images to improve search ranking and conversion rates. Monitor inventory levels, order processing, cancellations, returns, and customer queries. Track marketplace performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with the design and content teams for listing creatives, banners, and product visuals. Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, promotions, and product positioning. Plan and support PPC campaigns, SEO optimization, and marketplace promotions. Handle customer support escalations and maintain strong seller ratings and reviews. Ensure accurate documentation of SKUs, listings, pricing, and operational workflows. Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, policies, and e-commerce best practices.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central or similar marketplace dashboards. Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, product optimization, and performance marketing. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams. Strong communication skills with high attention to detail. Analytical mindset to interpret sales trends and performance metrics.

Eligibility / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital sales. Strong interest in online marketplaces and tech-driven business models. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
