E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Listing products on various e-commerce platforms (title, description, attributes, keywords, pricing).
Managing catalog, product uploads, inventory updates, and listing optimization.
Handling orders, returns, replacements, and customer queries.
Running ads, promotions, coupons, and improving visibility.
Competitor analysis and market research.
Coordinating with photoshoot/content team for product shoots.
Maintaining daily reports of sales, stock, and performance.
Improving SEO and ranking of products on marketplaces.
Managing Shopify store backend operations (if applicable).
