We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence on the Myntra platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep operational knowledge of the Myntra Seller Panel, driving sales growth through effective product listing, aggressive promotional strategies, and data-driven advertising and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
I. Platform Management & Operations
Product Listing:
Manage the end-to-end process of new product catalog creation, image upload, content optimization (titles, descriptions, key features), and SKU mapping on the Myntra Seller Panel to ensure 100% compliance and discoverability.
Inventory & Price Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels and execute daily pricing/discount updates to remain competitive and maximize margins.
Panel Health:
Monitor and ensure optimal health parameters, including order processing time, return rate, and seller rating.
II. Sales & Growth Strategy
Discount & Pricing:
Strategize and execute effective seasonal, daily, and special event discounts and promotions (e.g., Myntra's EORS, BBD) to meet sales targets.
Sales Analysis:
Conduct regular, in-depth sales analysis using Myntra's data reports to identify trends, best-selling products, slow-moving inventory, and opportunities for growth.
Growth Panel:
Actively utilize and monitor Myntra's 'Growth Panel' or similar tools to identify specific actions, trends, and levers to significantly
grow the brand
and enhance visibility.
Sales Boost Initiatives:
Proactively conceptualize and execute strategies focused on
boosting immediate sales
, such as targeted price drops, bundle offers, and participation in platform events.
III. Advertising & Marketing
Advertising Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize various Myntra Advertising campaigns (e.g., Product Listing Ads, Banner Ads) to maximize RoAS (Return on Ad Spend) and improve product visibility.
Budget Management:
Efficiently manage the allocated advertising budget, tracking performance metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversion rates.
IV. Finance & Reconciliation
Payment Reconciliation:
Perform diligent weekly/monthly reconciliation of payments received from Myntra against orders shipped, commissions deducted, returns, and penalties to ensure financial accuracy.
Dispute Resolution:
Identify and raise claims/disputes for incorrect charges, missing payments, or lost inventory, and follow up until resolution.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years
of demonstrable experience managing an E-commerce brand's presence, with a strong focus on the
Myntra Seller Panel
.
Myntra Expertise:
Proven, hands-on experience with core Myntra tasks including listing, inventory management, discount creation, advertising setup, and report generation.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to conduct detailed sales and financial analysis.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and Myntra's account management team.
