Job Description

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings, enhancing visibility, and improving sales performance across multiple online platforms. You will handle end-to-end operations - from product uploads and SEO optimization to customer queries and campaign tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on

eBay, Etsy, and Amazon

(titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, images, inventory). Conduct

keyword research

and implement SEO best practices for higher product visibility. Analyze product performance and optimize listings to improve conversion rates and rankings. Manage

daily store operations

, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and stock monitoring. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive buying experience. Create and execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to drive sales. Track competitor activity and suggest pricing or listing improvements. Generate performance reports on sales, traffic, and ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketplace strategies with brand goals.
