Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

E-Commerce Executive

with hands-on experience managing and growing a brand on

Myntra

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling

women's clothing and fabric categories

, focusing on

brand visibility, sales growth, and campaign performance

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the

Myntra Seller Panel

(uploading listings, pricing, discounts, and inventory management). Develop and execute strategies to drive

brand growth

and improve overall sales performance. Work on

product cataloging

, including high-quality product descriptions, keywords, and visual content optimization. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure the brand's identity and tone are consistently reflected across listings. Monitor

campaign performance

, analyze sales reports, and suggest actionable improvements. Handle

promotions, ads, and discount planning

to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Conduct

competitor analysis

and stay updated with Myntra's latest trends, policies, and algorithms. Ensure timely order processing, return handling, and smooth coordination with warehouse and operations teams. Maintain accurate reports for stock, pricing, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate (Preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field)

Experience:

Minimum

1-2 years

of experience managing Myntra or other major E-commerce portals.

Industry Preference:

Experience in

women's clothing, fashion, or fabric brands

preferred.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of

Myntra Seller Panel

and campaign management. Knowledge of

fashion trends

, especially in

women's wear and ethnic fabrics

. Good analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and E-commerce analytics tools. Creative mindset with a focus on brand presentation and growth. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
