. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, operational, and marketing skills with a proven ability to drive brand visibility, sales performance, and growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio seller panels.
Plan and execute growth strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Handle product listing, catalog creation, image uploads, and content optimization.
Monitor pricing, discounts, and offers in line with brand and platform policies.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and new launches.
Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service issues related to marketplace sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, finance, and warehouse) for seamless operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably fashion/apparel category).
Hands-on experience with
Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio
seller panels.
Strong understanding of online sales metrics and marketplace algorithms.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
