Manage product listings and updates on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Ensure accurate product details, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Handle order processing, tracking, and ensure on-time delivery.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints.
Prepare e-commerce sales reports and provide insights to improve sales.
Plan and manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Qualifications
:
Graduate degree (preferably in Commerce, Management, or Marketing).
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Prior experience in the Fashion/Garment industry will be an added advantage.
