Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces like

Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio

. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over

product listing, advertising, discount strategies, inventory management, order processing, sales analysis, payment reconciliation,

and will focus on driving brand growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Upload and manage product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan and execute online ad campaigns and discount strategies. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Inventory & Order Management

Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Ensure smooth order processing, tracking, and timely dispatch.

Sales & Performance Analysis

Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and identify growth opportunities. Suggest strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.

Payment Reconciliation

Verify payment reports from marketplaces and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with finance teams for timely settlements.

Brand Growth & Marketplace Relationship

Implement strategies to improve brand visibility and ranking. Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers for better support and promotions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio (or similar platforms). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of advertising tools and platform policies. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
