Minimum 1-2 years in E-commerce Handler (Myntra preferred)
About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on expanding our presence across multiple online marketplaces. We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Specialist who can handle our Myntra account end-to-end -- from listings to sales analysis -- and contribute to overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage the Myntra seller account with complete ownership.
Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and optimized with the latest content and images.
Listing & Inventory Control:
Create, update, and manage product listings on Myntra.
Maintain proper inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Discounts & Campaigns:
Plan and execute discounts, deals, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with Myntra teams for sales events and marketing activities.
Advertisement Management:
Manage Myntra Ads and campaigns to drive sales growth.
Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI.
Order & Payment Management:
Monitor order flow, resolve issues related to order processing, returns, or cancellations.
Reconcile payments, track settlements, and raise claims if discrepancies occur.
Sales & Growth Analysis:
Analyze sales reports, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Create strategies to improve product ranking, increase visibility, and boost revenue.
Brand Development:
Work on overall brand growth strategies in line with Myntra's ecosystem.
Stay updated on marketplace trends, policy changes, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) managing Myntra or other fashion/lifestyle marketplace accounts.
Strong knowledge of product listing, discount management, ads optimization, and payment reconciliation.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
