Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, pricing, images, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with photography and content teams for accurate and attractive product displays.
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and festive sales events.
Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to improve service.
Monitor competitor activity and fashion e-commerce trends.
Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion/apparel preferred).
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Myntra.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel/Google Analytics.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
